Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert-level oncology pharmacy care and patient education
- Support clinical services, including infusion therapy and direct patient counseling
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Contribute to care coordination, patient access initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
- Apply specialized knowledge of anti-cancer therapies, symptom management, and supportive care
- Provide support across oncology clinical areas within the health system as needed

What You Bring
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
- PGY2 Oncology Residency preferred
Licensure & Certification:
- Active Pharmacist License in South Carolina (required)
