What believers are saying

  • CMS HQR contract renewal as incumbent prime contractor demonstrates client confidence.
  • QMARS 5-year, $48M task order expands quality management systems revenue base.
  • Federal healthcare IT spending growth and Medicare modernization initiatives drive demand.

What critics are saying

  • Agile development and human-centered design are now commoditized across federal contractors.

What makes Bellese unique

  • 15+ years of deep CMS healthcare system modernization expertise and incumbency.
  • Human-centered design methodology reduces administrative burden, improving patient outcomes.
  • GSA IT 70 Schedule and two CMS agile BPAs enable rapid federal contracting.
