  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position; or, Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee T&I Project Management Office activities and lead multiple Enterprise level software development projects.
  • Drive all aspects of the software development lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
  • Facilitate cohesion between T&I Enterprise projects.
  • Manage one or more project teams during technical design and implementation.
  • Responsible for Business Analysis and Requirements gathering, where necessary, by working with the subject matter experts within the department.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Track the budget and expenses for related project consultants and activities.
