Leads and supports the development of strategic recommendations across the Business Unit Strategy teams
Conduct primary and secondary research to inform strategic recommendations
Translate detailed data into high-level insights and clear takeaways
Support the Enterprise’s long-range strategic planning processes
Support the development of presentation materials and reports that effectively communicate trends, insights, and recommendations
Support planning and project management of key strategic initiatives
Build credibility with business partners and other stakeholders to gain support for analysis and recommendations
Collaborate with key internal business partners and external vendors on projects and deliverables
Support and facilitate strategy meetings, offsites, and workshops
Three to five years of professional experience, including two years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy at a top management consulting firm or private equity firm.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Ability to simplify complex information and craft compelling narratives (including the building of presentation materials)
Strong quantitative abilities, such as creating models and extracting meaningful insights from data with great attention to detail
Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Adept at communicating across all levels of the organization
Strong personal initiative and excellent judgment
Experience or strong interest in automotive, housing, consumers, and industry dynamics
Experience in creating, managing, and updating Power BI dashboards to track key metrics and ensure accurate reporting
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida: This role is based out of Deerfield Beach, FL and works a hybrid - 3 day on-site/2-day remote work arrangement, with flexibility required.
Ability to travel ~20%
