Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Commerce Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and client services to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Define target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the end-to-end launch process, including planning, coordination, and execution of all launch activities.
  • Develop and manage the launch timeline, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
  • Coordinate with product and development teams to ensure the Commerce Studio meets client needs and market demands.
  • Create compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell the Commerce Studio.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and training sessions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and market penetration.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the launch phase.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Work closely with client services to ensure a seamless client experience and successful onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust the go-to-market strategy accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on launch progress, market reception, and performance metrics.
