  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to make decisions related to all aspects of shipping and receiving while supporting company guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and seek assistance as required.
  • Ability to perform required mobility and manual material handling, including walking, standing, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
  • Ability to use ladders and stock pickers to move products.
Responsibilities
  • Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the store backroom.
  • Support the sales floor and cash teams across store operations.
  • Follow safe work practices in the warehouse.
  • Keep customers informed about new sales and promotions.
  • Maintain product knowledge and product presentation on the sales floor.
  • Replenish stock and assist with flyer products and pricing changes.
  • Scan merchandise and process payment transactions quickly and accurately.
Desired Qualifications
  • One or more years of retail experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
