Requirements
  • Fluent, negotiation-level German is required because all customer conversations are conducted in German.
  • A strong desire to succeed in sales and motivation to work under an uncapped commission model are required.
  • The role requires customer proximity, comfort with small talk, and approximately 60–65% of time with customers.
  • The ability to organize work independently and plan the assigned territory efficiently is required.
  • The ability to work with numbers and systems, including weekly key performance indicators, Salesforce, and forecast files, is required.
  • IT affinity and comfort using laptops, touchscreen demonstrations, and digital restroom tools are required.
  • The ability to proactively seek support from the sales manager when issues arise is required.
Responsibilities
  • Own the assigned territory and customer portfolio, ranging from regional small and medium-sized businesses to major industry customers with nationwide operations.
  • Develop existing customers through cross-selling, upselling, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the sales funnel, including contacts, visits, proposals, and closings, using the internal Weekly Turnover process.
  • Complete a target of four customer visits and two scheduled calls per day with decision-makers.
  • Participate in a structured 30-minute weekly forecast call with the sales manager.
  • Work approximately 20 artificial-intelligence-supported opportunities per month.
  • Use customer complaints proactively as sales opportunities by resolving problems and identifying suitable solutions.
  • Use the digital restroom touchscreen demonstration as a sales argument during customer meetings.
  • Maintain Salesforce daily and manage territory activity, customer visits, offers, and sales closures.
  • Complete the seven-month Sales Navigator onboarding and training program, including practical field training, knowledge checks, and a final customer-conversation assessment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in business-to-business sales, ideally involving service or rental products.
  • Initial experience with customer relationship management systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • An understanding of hygiene and restroom topics, together with emotional intelligence when handling sensitive customer areas.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and an ownership-oriented approach to sales.
