  • Proven experience in facilities planning, maintenance, management, and design, specifically within security systems and technology.
  • Proven in-house experience in leading security systems for distributed organization, preferably within the tech, transportation, or related industries.
  • Expert analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of developing strategic solutions for complex security challenges.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and managing through others to achieve results.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time as well the ability to work from the Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA office a few days a week
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global security systems and technology strategy in alignment with Cruise's vision and executive direction.
  • Collaborate with key partners across the business, including Real Estate, Project Delivery, EHS, and IT, to ensure a cohesive and effective security posture.
  • Oversee the management and performance of third-party security service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and desired outcomes.
  • Manage budgets for security systems, including capital planning for preventative maintenance and lifecycle cost evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining safe and secure work environments across all Cruise facilities.
