Requirements
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating software license and SaaS agreements.
  • Experience in-house at a technology company is a MUST
  • Experience relating to cloud/SaaS specific issues, privacy, security strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial transactions, including SaaS customer agreements, distribution/reseller agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor agreements, and other related agreements.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company’s growth, such as developing and maintaining playbook, standard forms, etc.
  • Partner with sales, sales operations, finance, security, customer success, and other functions to ensure efficient and effective legal support for commercial transactions.
  • Assist with other legal team initiatives.
