  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within senior-level audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation (written and oral) skills, strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Support Strategy Office in driving the advancement, maintenance and refinement of 84.51° 3-5-year strategic plan with focus, choices, infrastructure, and investment
  • Complete competitive landscape assessments, research industry trends, and drive scenario planning against our strategic plan inclusive of needed shifts & implications
  • Lead and facilitate the adaptive planning process and the strategic planning calendar that enables the implementation and execution of the strategic plan
  • Lead and facilitate the Objectives & Key Results practice in the organization, including overall governance, tooling, education
  • Foster cross-organizational, cross-functional alignment across the 84.51° enterprise, creating focus and coordination across the enterprise through systematic management and linking of business team and functional strategies and scorecards not just to corporate strategy, but also to each other
  • Shephard lines-of-business creation of objectives, strategies, plans, & measures to deliver on strategic plan
  • Collaborate across the business for supporting mechanisms critical to driving the plan (i.e. L&D on opportunities to align course content, Workforce Plan, change management strategy, communication plan)
  • Create critical documents to communicate and enroll key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of our strategic priorities and success measures (i.e. ACM and AHM materials; BLT materials; Board meeting materials)
