Requirements
- At least 5 years of web and Java application development and deployment experience, preferably in open-source environments.
- Experience compiling and building Apache HTTP Server 2.x.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Apache Tomcat 6.x or JBoss 8.
- Strong Linux shell, Perl, and Python scripting skills for deployment and automation work.
- Knowledge of SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills for J2EE application servers.
- Ability to triage and execute tasks efficiently and multitask.
- Ability to work effectively with teammates and customers located offsite.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with a global team.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Ruby or Lua.
- Knowledge of Nagios monitoring software.
