Requirements
  • Proven success in insurance sales, business development, or producer roles.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, networking, and targeted sales activity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities across commercial and personal lines.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and prospects by understanding risk exposures and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Partner with account management and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and high-quality ongoing client service.
  • Drive profitable growth with a focus on desirable client segments and strong underwriting discipline.
  • Maintain an active presence in the marketplace and represent the brokerage professionally in the community.
  • Support renewal strategy, client retention, and cross-sell opportunities within the book.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on carrier appetite, underwriting requirements, and industry changes impacting commercial property and casualty clients.
