Requirements
  • Doctorate degree, or a master's degree and 2 years of digital or web project management experience, or a bachelor's degree and 4 years of digital or web project management experience, or an associate's degree and 10 years of digital or web project management experience, or a high school diploma/GED and 12 years of digital or web project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proficiency with program or project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing end-to-end digital and website lifecycle projects in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-country, and high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience operating in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Experience developing detailed project documentation and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in web analytics, search engine optimization, and user experience/user interface principles.

Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional web projects, including alignment on timelines, resources, and budgets for website enhancements and optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with program leads to track progress, maintain alignment across initiatives, identify potential risks, and escalate risks as needed.
  • Support quarterly portfolio intake and prioritization across web initiatives with Technology and business stakeholders.
  • Operationalize governance frameworks to evaluate demand, clarify project-level requirements, assess cross-project dependencies, and align delivery.
  • Assist with day-to-day coordination across content, design, development, search engine optimization, analytics, project owners, and platform stakeholders.
  • Monitor delivery progress, governance adherence, documentation standards, cross-project risks, issues, and change impacts through launch and hypercare.
  • Track and report key performance indicators by analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and search engine optimization metrics.
  • Conduct functional testing and ensure adherence to Agile web development processes, industry best practices, and quality standards.
  • Support retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and speed to market.
  • Support adoption of governance frameworks, templates, and delivery processes.
  • Assess and optimize the web portfolio to align with business priorities, resource capacity, and long-term digital strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand standards across web initiatives and embed risk management into project governance.
  • Support regional leads with website operational activities, including access management, platform configuration, and risk assessments.

Amgen and AstraZeneca lung cancer drug combo meets survival goal in phase III study
