Senior Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Data Center Services team. This role is in Nashville, TN – ONSITE.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• This is a hands-on, onsite data center technician role focused on physical infrastructure operations, supporting a 24x7 mission-critical environment. Shift work may be required.

• Execute hands-on installation, break/fix, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, and network devices)

• Perform structured cabling (fiber and copper), cabinet buildouts, and assist with space planning in accordance with design standards

• Support 24x7 Data Center operations through incident response, troubleshooting, and shift coverage

• Execute small to mid-size infrastructure tasks and projects across competing priorities

• Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and audit records

• Adhere to strict safety, security, and change management procedures

• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled monitoring and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and incident response

• Comply with all data center safety requirements, including adherence to operational controls and secure handling of equipment and media

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• An individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5-7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers.

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools preferred. 

• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in a production environment

• Ability to work in a data center environment, including lifting equipment (50–70 lbs), working in raised-floor environments, and standing for extended periods

Base Salary Min: 59000

Base Salary Max: 99000
