Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Perform Supervisor role in the operation and maintenance of service levels for residential product lines.
  • Occasional hands-on technical support as needed, as Company is in high-growth mode.
  • Manage and guide service technicians, as well as, maintain involvement with Call Center Manager, Lead Coordination, and Dispatch Center Managers daily to ensure technicians are scheduled to the appropriate number of calls.
  • Continuously evaluate current technician’s skill sets and their training needs to invoice repairs. Ensure that technical training and product knowledge is ongoing, as well as, tracking the development and improvement of each technician.
  • Invest time on personal development to increase personal leadership within departments.
  • Lead, direct, and motivate all service technicians to reach their highest level of potential. Achieve maximum motivation and attitude within service department.
  • Decrease the amount of call-backs and cost for warranties in the department, by utilizing training program.
  • Achieve an overall attitude of being "On Time" with all service technicians.
  • Increase club membership to an average of 50%.
  • Establish goals for all service technicians to sell certain target products on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct service meetings in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Communicate with Dispatch Manager daily on reports, punctuality, skills and ability of Service Technicians.
  • Communicate with Sales/Technical Trainer daily, on technical objectives and training programs.
  • Complete “Ride-Alongs” with all Maintenance & Service Technicians.
  • Provide an environment that promotes Company’s high standards of performance by all team members.
  • Bring forth a positive energy and enthusiasm for the success of the department.
  • Ensure the success rate of all maintenance service technicians to guarantee work for the install department.
  • Ensure the dress code has been followed to project a positive and professional image to clients.
  • Maintain Company service vehicles for professional appearance, as they are mobile billboards for the Company.

Long Cast Advisers highlighted Cross Country Healthcare (NASDAQ:CCRN) in its fourth-quarter 2025 investor letter as one of its largest purchases. The American healthcare talent management company, specialising in nurse, allied and physician staffing, has a market capitalisation of $318.34 million. Trading at $9.78 per share on 11 March 2026, Cross Country Healthcare holds $99 million in net cash with no debt. The company recently received a $20 million termination payment following a failed $615 million acquisition by AYA, bringing cash to over 40% of its market capitalisation. In Q4 2025, the company generated $237 million in revenue, down 5% sequentially and 24% year-over-year. Hedge fund ownership decreased from 33 to 28 portfolios quarter-over-quarter.

Cross Country Healthcare reports $82.9M Q4 loss, revenue misses forecasts at $236.8M

Cross Country Healthcare reported a fourth-quarter loss of $82.9 million, or $2.56 per share. Adjusted losses came to 6 cents per share, missing analysts' expectations of 3 cents earnings per share. The Boca Raton, Florida-based healthcare staffing provider posted revenue of $236.8 million, falling short of the $252.3 million forecast by analysts. For the full year, the company reported a loss of $94.9 million on revenue of $1.05 billion. For the current quarter ending in March, Cross Country expects losses between 4 and 6 cents per share, with revenue ranging from $235 million to $240 million.
