Requirements
  • Have a degree in Digital Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a designer, with a strong track record of delivering robust and scalable customer experiences in collaboration with stakeholders, engineers, and other designers.
  • Fluent in design software like Figma; experience with CMS tools is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep expertise in building and working with design systems powered by tokens, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Well-versed in accessibility (a11y) standards to create inclusive and human-centered designs.
  • Skilled in user research, UX, and UI design to craft seamless and holistic customer journeys.
Responsibilities
  • Creating assets and detailed design specifications for developers.
  • Conducting design QA to uphold quality standards.
  • Consolidating design patterns into documentation and integrating them into our design system portal.
  • Refining our overall design direction while staying aligned with the latest industry standards.

  • A genuine interest in fashion or openness to developing a passion for it.
