  • The employee must operate powered equipment safely and only if certified.
  • The employee must comply with safety policies, best practices, training, and applicable federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
Responsibilities
  • Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and thanking them after each transaction.
  • Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
  • Consistently execute closing routines to deliver a clean and organized store.
  • Support business-area teams in completing closing tasks according to daily priorities and guest traffic.
  • Support consistency in closing experiences and routines in partnership with the Closing Team Leader or Executive Team Leader.
  • Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests.
  • Follow processes accurately, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks accurately.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Work safely at all times, report hazards, and correct hazards where possible.
  • Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, Drive-Up orders, and returns while maintaining compliance.
