  • In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies, including React.js, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Experience with writing unit and integration tests using Jest, CucumberJS, and Spectron is nice to have
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

  • Lead the other frontend engineers in the team to solve our apps' thorniest, most intractable technical problems
  • Create and review architecture documents to make the right decisions from design through implementation
  • Lead the operational excellence, including continuously improving reliability, performance, and security of our applications
  • Promote best practices to make sure that the team code is well tested, readable, maintainable, and free of regression defects
  • Partner with products and other stakeholders to innovate and to solve complex problems
  • Make recommendations to balance feature development and tech debt to meet code delivery timeline
  • Deliver quality products with focus on time-to-market and great customer experience
  • Act as a mentor to other engineers on the team and be a part of helping them hit their maximum potential
