  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • At least 3 years of experience integrating Workday with VMS (preferably Beeline)
  • Experience working with Beeline Integration teams
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Broader HRIS/ERP integrations and data security/compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation tools (XML, JSON, SQL) to support data flows for contingent workforce management
  • Partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows
  • Identify potential integration risks and recommend solutions to mitigate any business impact
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal business disruption and data consistency across Workday and Beeline
  • Develop comprehensive test cases to validate integration functionality, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and provide reports on integration performance and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
  • Stay updated with Workday and Beeline updates, industry best practices, and process enhancements
  • Support process automation initiatives for better integration efficiency
