- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent industry experience
- 0-1 year of sales support, client management, or sales planning experience in the digital media industry
- 0-1 year direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts (DSPs, DMPs, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, viewability standards, etc.)
- Background in programmatic advertising
- Demonstrate experience with managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, organization, planning and problem-solving with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
- Deliver superior customer service to clients/agencies and in partnership with sales, help build, foster and develop client relationships
- Support Client Success teammates in day-to-day tasks and special ad-hoc projects
- Set up automated reporting and the creation and submission of screenshots once a campaign is live
- Collaborates with Ops and Finance for month-end billing summaries and invoices to send to clients
- Continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend, and apply campaign optimization strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPI goals
- Work closely and communicate effectively with various functions including, ad operations, product, analytics and data science
- Work towards growing revenue across your book of business by identifying and helping secure incremental dollars
- Support sales staff in all day-to-day activities
- Own and assist in campaign pre-to-post-sale activities for clients, including, but not limited to: contribute to RFP deliverables, communicate and troubleshoot campaign performance and pacing, provide optimizations, insights and recommendations, develop wrap reports and participate in QBRs
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Cognitiv products and services
