Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain the pricing model to support proposal efforts.
  • Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management.
  • Compile costs, schedules, and technical elements in developing proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
  • Compile costs and technical elements in developing change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Representatives
  • Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
  • Update, organize, and maintain Request For Information (RFI) response library to support RFI response efforts.
  • Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications.
  • Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries.
