Pinstripes combines Italian-American cuisine with social entertainment by offering bowling, bocce, and private event spaces in addition to dining. Guests experience a meal and entertainment in a single venue, with options for groups ranging from 20 to 1,000 people, typically in a multi‑room setting that supports gatherings and celebrations. The product works as an integrated venue: customers order food and drinks from a curated menu while playing lanes of bowling or bocce, and/or reserving private event spaces for meetings, parties, or corporate events. Pinstripes differentiates itself from competitors by delivering a multi‑purpose, one‑stop experience that blends dining with interactive games and scalable event space across eight locations. Its goal is to grow its footprint while providing memorable social experiences through a combination of cuisine, sport-adjacent activities, and private venues for groups.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Pinstripes.com lists seven open clubs as of August 6, 2026.
  • The November 2025 sale preserved reservations and event bookings during transition.
  • Corporate-event demand still supports the Northbrook, Bethesda, and Washington, D.C. venues.

What critics are saying

  • Pinstripes filed Chapter 11 on September 8, 2025, then converted to Chapter 7.
  • Silverview controlled the sale; weak traffic can force more closures by 2026.
  • Punch Bowl Social now owns the assets, risking Pinstripes becoming a stripped relic.

What makes Pinstripes unique

  • Pinstripes pairs bowling, bocce, bistro dining, and events in one venue.
  • Events drive 50% of revenue, creating corporate and private-party stickiness.
  • The brand still operates seven locations on pinstripes.com, updated August 6, 2026.
