Requirements
  • PhD or MS experience in EE, Physics or related field.
  • 4-6 years experience in related field
  • Experience in HAMR technology is preferred.
  • Proficient in analysis of large data sets.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for HAMR DOE characterization: performance and reliability assessment.
  • Interface with wafer process, design, test development, backend process and DOE teams to close the DOE learning cycle. Provide timely and accurate feedback for improving HAMR technology.
  • Understand recording physics and HAMR limiting factors for performance and reliability.
  • Work with test development team to come up with innovative test procedure to tackle HAMR related challenges.
  • In depth data analysis of DOE testing data, extract key learning information.
