Requirements
  • Demonstrated retail leadership experience, ideally in a large-scale, high-volume or complex store environment.
  • Ability to engage, coach and motivate a large and diverse team.
  • Ability to understand performance, identify opportunities and drive commercial results.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated back-of-house and operational experience is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Ability to lead through others, make decisions and take ownership.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to lead a team of more than 80 team members and create a high-performing, engaged and inclusive team culture.
  • Lead from the shop floor by role-modelling exceptional customer experiences and inspiring the team to deliver strong customer service.
  • Support the Sales Manager in driving store performance, commercial outcomes and key performance indicator achievement.
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members, provide meaningful feedback, and support performance management where required.
  • Help lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume flagship store, ensuring operational excellence and seamless execution.
  • Build strong relationships across the store and wider business while collaborating with senior stakeholders and store leaders.
  • Use leadership influence to bring the company culture and values to life.
