Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with training, including on training standards and developing training pipelines
  • 2+ years of experience working for or supporting a COCOM, JFHQ-C command, Joint Duty Assignment, or CMF team
  • 1+ year of experience with developing and maintaining Job qualification Standards (JQS)
  • Experience with using the Microsoft Office tool suite
  • Experience with supporting data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and surveys
  • Experience in interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work independently and with groups
  • Possession of excellent data analysis skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the management of a DoD-wide training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure USCYBERCOM-assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces.
  • Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other Joint Cyberspace operations forces enabling USCYBERCOM operations.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces.
  • Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluation assessments, and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force.
  • Develop and provide recommendations to the Joint client regarding strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the joint employment of Cyberspace operations forces.
  • Assist with the coordination and development of Joint mission essential tasks, review Joint mission essential task lists, and assess USCYBERCOM’s ability to meet the Joint mission essential task list standards.
  • Support the validation of CMF and other USCYBERCOM assigned forces to meet the training the standards necessary to execute Combatant Command Cyberspace operations support requirements effectively.
