  • The employee must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance, with extreme care and caution when handling product.
  • The employee must be able to work with daily exposure to allergens such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil.
  • The employee must understand and maintain compliance with state laws and regulations affecting Green Thumb Industries operations.
  • The employee must follow safe work practices and GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions, and help ensure product and personnel safety.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI.
  • Create, schedule, and track outbound product delivery appointments.
  • Record all order discrepancies, including overages, shortages, damage, quality issues, and invoicing adjustments, in the three-way match log by the end of the business day of delivery.
  • Route vehicles daily to customer and company locations throughout the service area while complying with Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • Work with Production, Inventory, and Sales departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues.
  • Manage daily warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
  • Ensure company delivery drivers comply with federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain the fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery schedule goals.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance for powered industrial trucks and delivery vehicles.
  • Assist with medical cannabis waste profiles, manifests, shipping documents, and waste processing records.
  • Conduct weekly finished-product inventory audits and report results to the Logistics Manager.
  • Coordinate operations and activities within or between departments with leads, Production Supervisors, and Department Managers.
  • Train employees to package final products according to GTI product specifications.
  • Train employees to identify quality issues that could negatively affect final products.
  • Train employees to achieve production rates set by the Logistics Manager.
  • Train employees to perform essential BioTrack functions as needed.
  • Train employees to complete vault and flower inventories.
  • Report conditions or practices that may adversely affect product safety, product quality, or personnel safety to management.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is preferred.

Green Thumb Industries opened its 13th Nevada location, RISE Dispensary Sparks, on 18 August. The store is located at 1530 S. Stanford Way, Suite B-6 #102, Sparks, NV 89431, near I-80 in South Sparks. RISE Dispensary Sparks will serve both medical patients and adult-use customers from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The shop offers home delivery on orders of $50 or more and stocks Green Thumb's product portfolio, including RYTHM premium flower, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, incredibles chocolates, Beboe gummies, and &Shine vapes. A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September at 8 a.m. Following company tradition, first-day profits will benefit Food Bank of Northern Nevada. The medical cannabis dispensary began serving patients on 10 August 2026. The new store will offer Green Thumb's product portfolio, including RYTHM premium flower, Dogwalkers pre-rolls, and other cannabis products. Operating hours are 9am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 11am to 6pm on Sundays. A grand opening event is scheduled for 5 September, with a portion of profits benefiting The Grateful Veteran, a nonprofit supporting veterans and first responders. Green Thumb entered the Florida market in 2018 and operates two production facilities in the state, in Ocala and Homestead.
