Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working with software developers, product managers, data scientists and/or business analysts as a technical project/program manager at a technology company to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
  • Experience as a software engineer with strong technical understanding of software systems, a plus.
  • Experience in Agile software development with expertise in Scrum methodology and practices.
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Drive Kargo’s software sprint planning processes. Work closely with Kargo’s software team to ensure timeline and result line up with product requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on status and risks.
  • Build out and execute robust testing process to meet quality requirement for each software change release.
  • Support software team, operations team, and customer success team in troubleshooting and bug fixes.
