- Knowledge and ability to learn while maintaining a consistent focus on database and website maintenance and development.
- Experience with heavily customized SQL, ASP.NET/COM, XML CMS/CRM applications.
- Ability to work under the direction of the agency’s Senior Software and Systems Administrator.
- Resolve issues reported by users or develop new functionality as requested by users under the direction of the Senior Software and Systems Administrator.
- Diagnose performance issues such as long save times or timeouts using ASP.Net/COM, TSQL, and general computing skills to diagnose, develop and implement a fix.
- Work with XML/XPATH and TSQL to create dashboards within the CMS/CRM application to provide actionable information to users.
- Create new Reporting Services reports to allow managers to view staff assignments.
- Create new system command to update staff assignments using TSQL.
