Requirements
  • A valid DVM license in good standing, with a willingness to obtain licensure in states where Lovet operates.
  • At least 8 years of practice experience and 3+ years in a clinical leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical teams, drive strategic results, and execute business processes effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance clinical priorities with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Shape clinical policies, oversee clinical functions, and provide expertise to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with Growth, Finance, Operations, and People teams to align clinical, cultural, and financial goals.
  • Lead clinical quality initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, provider engagement, and clinical outcomes while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Serve as the clinical voice for internal and external stakeholders, championing evidence-based practices and advancing new medical technologies.
  • Act as a mentor and advocate for clinical staff, fostering a supportive environment that aligns with Lovet’s core values.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and services to keep Lovet at the forefront of veterinary medicine.

  • Experience opening de novo hospitals (preferred).
