Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Stakeholder and Project Management within high-tech organizations
- 5+ years program/project leadership experience
- Demonstrable experience in taking ownership of challenging situations and driving them to measurable success

Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with the CTO on a daily basis, attending meetings alongside, taking accurate and comprehensive account of meeting outcomes and driving accountability of action items
- Ownership of the creation of materials ahead of all key organizational and operational meetings and events
- As an extension of the CTO, predicts and plans what will be needed, managing the day-to-day and being the eyes and ears of the organization
- Develops and carries out project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, and leads global process improvement
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with Senior and Executive leaders, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Coordinate quarterly and annual planning processes (incl. OKRs; annual planning) in alignment with our product partners
- Ensures compliance and drives organizational process improvements
- A broad business knowledge to connect and collaborate with BV-wide engineering, product and design partners. The role keeps the pulse internally on prevailing issues impacting our Engineers and our technology, and guides leadership to key areas of focus
- The individual selected for this role will have strong analytical and organizational skills to assess data and provide recommendations for improvements both internal to the organization and company wide and a proven track record to build collaborative relationships and resolve issues in a constructive manner
- Lead a team of project, program and technical program managers

- Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams or projects
- Experience working with VP and C-level leadership
- Ability to work across multiple functions
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effective Program Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
