- Eligibility to practice within the hospitalist program and obtain hospital privileges.
- Ability to provide nocturnal inpatient care and manage patients in a community hospital setting.
- Ability to manage patients in a 9-bed open intensive care unit with tele-intensivist support.
- Ability to manage ventilators, perform lumbar punctures, and place central lines.
- Provide night-based inpatient care as a nocturnist hospitalist.
- Manage the hospitalist service's 9-bed open intensive care unit with tele-intensivist support.
- Perform ventilator management, lumbar punctures, and central line placement.
- Admit approximately six patients per night.
- Collaborate with the Med-Peds hospitalist team and broad specialty support services.
