We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Director to join our team and contribute to our continued success. This is an on-site position but we required candidates to be based in Medford, Oregon with our C-Suites as this is a very important role in our company.
● Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process in collaboration with Finance team, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key members of the product team
● Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
● Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
● Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
● Leading Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining
● Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
● Implementation of various automation tools with respect to financial planning and analysis
● Ensuring the monthly financial reporting calendar is adhered to without any delays
● Increasing productivity by developing automated applications for financial reporting and forecasting; eliminating duplicates; coordinating information requirements

· Functional Business Leaders, such as Chief Operating Officer and their direct reports
· CFO and VP, Finance
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in business finance or analytics
● Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with management
● Experiences in the gaming industry and/or BPO business.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
● Strong background in analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau,
● Strong quantitative and analytical competency
● Strong financial modeling experience
● Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
● Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
● Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
