Requirements
  • 5+ years in Operations, Revenue Ops, Sales / Growth Ops
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach, used to delivering measurable business impact
  • Experience delivering improvements using no-code / low-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Webflow) and automation
  • Extremely analytical with ability to manipulate SQL queries, track and analyze data to improve funnel performance
  • Business-focused with ability to identify friction in the funnel and build systems that concretely improve revenue growth, efficiency and scalability
  • CRM automation skills (or strong appetite) and experience managing CRM campaigns through automated workflows; experience with Customer.io is a plus
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and no-code tooling to build automated tools, pages, processes that bring value to clients and improve internal efficiency
Responsibilities
  • Develop customer insights & analytics: turn data into revenue levers by analyzing the B2C funnel to identify where value is lost, translate insights into dynamic personas, tighter processes, and sharper messaging to improve conversion efficiency
  • Create an intent-based score: map client behavioural triggers and develop a scoring model that identifies early intent signals, prioritizes follow-ups according to lead quality, and automates routing and timing so Sales focuses on the highest-likelihood opportunities
  • Automate recovery of lost demand: design and ship CRM automations that re-engage non-converting leads, qualify them, and guide them to book Sales calls, capturing revenue that would otherwise be missed
  • Scale multi-channel revenue workflows: build automated, multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, etc) to keep Zefir top-of-mind, reactivate the right audience at the right moment, and increase revenue from re-engaged contacts with minimal manual effort and maximal AI-led personalization
  • Optimize the revenue generation engine: improve website journey from visitor to qualified lead conversion, reduce friction, strengthen hand-offs to Sales, and turn more pipeline into revenue
  • Run a rigorous test-and-iterate operating cadence: monitor funnel health, run A/B tests, and operationalize learnings into repeatable playbooks with Product, Acquisition, and Sales
  • Develop a smart flywheel starting with Buyers and turning into Sellers as project matures by detecting and activating early intent signals
  • Leverage AI for at-scale personalization and automation: automate tailored journeys at scale using persona segmentation and AI-driven personalization to generate tailored messages and pages across the funnel
  • Build pre-purchase value loops: implement automated workflows that deliver useful content before a Seller is signed, increasing trust and shortening time-to-sign, improving pipeline efficiency through automated nurturing
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with AI agents or Lovable / AI agents tools (or similar)
  • Experience with building AI-powered automation and AI-driven personalization at scale
  • Experience with analytics and product analytics tooling like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar
  • Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns and re-engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with real estate or proptech domain is a plus
  • Spanish or other European languages could be beneficial
