- One year of supervisory serving experience.

- Set up the dining room and stations, and assist with special functions as directed.
- Take food orders from residents in the dining room.
- Assist in training new employees on the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with Community activities that require services from the Dining Team.
- Assist with training and orientation of dining room servers in customer service standards, safe handling, equipment operation, food safety, and sanitation based on corporate and regulatory standards.
- Provide high-quality service.
- Technical or vocational training in a culinary field, or a certificate.
- Two years of experience in senior living settings.
- At least two years of supervisory experience and skills.
