Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound communication by answering phone systems, responding to voicemails, and drafting professional email correspondence for diverse stakeholders.
  • Provide front-line technical support, including troubleshooting account access and performing password resets within university systems.
  • Execute administrative tasks and maintain accurate records utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Canvas Learning Management System, and Skyward Student Information System to support departmental workflows.
  • Work cooperatively with the EdServices team to support daily operations and contribute to departmental goals.
