Medsien launches Nura, AI-powered care continuity platform serving over 100K patients

Medsien has launched Nura, a Care Continuity Platform designed to extend patient care beyond traditional Medicare care management programmes like Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring. The platform addresses gaps that occur between medical visits by continuously monitoring patients rather than managing them episodically. Patients enrol once in Nura, which uses AI to monitor vital signs, engagement and health trends longitudinally. The system dynamically aligns patients with appropriate care pathways as their needs evolve, removing the burden of manual transitions between programmes. Nura currently serves over 100,000 patients nationwide with approximately 95% patient satisfaction. Founded in 2018, Medsien operates with a team of over 100 care partners delivering technology-enabled, patient-centred care.
