Senior Delivery Manager & Presales Expert - AIOps

Introduction:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager & Presales Expert to join our AIOps team. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in Elastic products including Logstash, Kibana, and their machine learning capabilities, as well as experience in infrastructure and application performance monitoring (APM) deployments using OpenTelemetry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale AIOps deployments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Elastic products, including Logstash and Kibana.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
• Engage in presales activities, including crafting tailored presentations and proposals to meet the unique needs of potential clients.
• Conduct high-level meetings and presentations with CxO’s and other executive stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and solutions.
• Utilize Elastic's machine learning capabilities to enhance operational intelligence and provide advanced predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects in the AIOps space.
• Extensive knowledge of Elastic products, particularly Elastic Stack (Logstash, Kibana, Elasticsearch), and familiarity with their machine learning functionalities.
• Strong background in implementing infrastructure and APM solutions using OpenTelemetry.
• Exceptional presales skills, with a track record of preparing compelling presentations and detailed proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Elastic products or related fields.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role within the technology sector.
