Requirements
  • 5 + years of payroll and related experience
  • High School and/or Associate Degree
  • Payroll experiences with ADP/Vantage payroll and Oracle software
  • Working knowledge and understanding of multi state payroll principles, practices, regulations
  • Strong communicator with customer service experience and excellent attention to detail
  • Accomplished in operating a PC and using Webex and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Responsibilities
  • Maintain, audit and process biweekly payroll records for US employees in the ADP Vantage payroll system
  • Analyze and work with HRIS team to manage and audit biweekly pay changes, deductions, banking information and multi tax withholding information following each ADP Data Bridge
  • Prepare and ensure that all new hires and terms are calculated and paid in the ADP Vantage payroll system timely and accurately
  • Run reports, pull data, and prepare biweekly timecard batches from the Oracle time and labor system
  • Prepare manual check, place stop payment and direct deposit reversals as needed
  • Administer and audit biweekly 401k contribution, match files, loan payments and submit funding requests
  • Run, prepare, and distribute biweekly pay cycle reports using the ADP reporting system
  • Audit employees biweekly PTO and PFL balances
  • Generate, audit, and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual ADPR reports to management for analysis
  • Analyze and audit employee multi state yearend earnings statements
  • Respond and provide exceptional customer service to all employee payroll inquiries
  • Serve as backup for Stock/ESPP Monthly Payroll Processing
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
