  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience with the types of hardware and software to be supported, two years of which included user support, user training, and/or programming
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable computer hardware or software
  • Skill in operating supported computers and peripherals; in configuring computer hardware and software; to analytically design program logic or solve technical problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and provide guidance and instruction to others

Desired Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
