Requirements
  • Attorney in good standing licensed in the United Kingdom
  • 5+ years of providing regulatory advice at a law firm or in-house
  • Excellent strategic legal thinking, with the ability to balance regulatory requirements and business risk
  • Experience providing advice to clients on international regulations
  • Experience monitoring international regulatory trends, as a means to identify risk and determine appropriate mitigating action plans
  • Strong communication, analytical and written skills
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business functions based on high level confidence, and act as a key touchpoint for legal compliance queries by anwersing questions as well as providing information and advice
  • Support the development, continuous maintenance and delivery of the compliance program
  • Provide training to employees, and senior managers regarding the Code of Conduct and other company policies
  • Evaluate and advise on legal and regulatory risks, conflicts and general compliance issues
  • Facilitate the development of international policies and processes to ensure that Palantir is complying with applicable regulatory laws in the UK, Europe and other geographies
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with international regulators as a means of enhancing Palantir's compliance program
  • Build, lead and deliver key compliance projects
