TP ICAP Digital Assets Summer Internship 2025

Looking for a Summer Internship for 2025 in Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in to our Digital Assets division in our London offices. The internship will offer a 10 week immersive experience fully on-site in our Verde offices, near London Victoria.

We are recruiting for a Summer Intern to join our Digital Assets team where you will gain unique insight into our cryptoasset activities,the people who perform that role and our industry. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your placement, this represents an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to take your career in many different directions.

What you can expect:

• Being part of the team responsible Fusion Digital Assets, TP ICAPs cryptoasset exchange

• Day to day engagement and exposure across all areas of the business both internally and externally  

• Compliance – Spend time with internal compliance teams to understand the importance and value of regulation 

• Operations - Exposure to the day to day operations of the exchange

• Sales & Business Development - Assisting the team client outreach, presentations, and follow-ups to drive new business

• Product – Exposure to the development and enhancement of cryptoasset products and services based on client feedback and market demand.

• Technology – Engagement with the tech teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates on the platform

• A unique window into the inner workings of a global cryptoasset exchange

What we require from you:

• You will be an existing student in either your final or penultimate year of study. You will have an expected graduation date between July 2025 to August 2026.

• A clear interest in a role within Financial Services

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

• Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• An eye for detail.

• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.

• A passion for crypto, blockchain and technology

• Drive, enthusiasm and curiosity

• Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
