Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of regional events, including hospitality experiences, partner events, and industry-specific gatherings. Ensure each event aligns with Tines' brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including registration, shipping, setup, day-of event support and post-event wrap-up.
  • Provide support for larger-scale tradeshows and tentpole events. This includes coordination with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Work closely with GTM and marketing teams to ensure event messaging and goals are aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with event vendors and partners, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes. Implement programs specific to channel reseller partners that increase metrics from events.
  • Oversee and manage the budget for regional events, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising event quality.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to track event attendance, manage list uploads and evaluate the success of each event based on predetermined KPIs and metrics. Provide post-event reports and insights.
  • Oversee inventory, coordinate distribution at events, and ensure the quality and relevance of SWAG to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
