  • Must live within territory (ERCOT)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Proven track record of closing C&I deals - specifically selling to large energy users within ERCOT market
  • Proven leadership experience as it pertains to building, leading, and developing a team of dedicated sales professionals
  • Ability to navigate complexity and quarterback sales engagements
  • Proficient with SalesForce, GoogleSuite, and other tech tools
Responsibilities
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Support, coach, & develop team of Sales Directors to crush their goals
  • Implement creative ways to inspire the team and drive performance
  • Own their market & territory, identify opportunities to increase revenue throughout customer lifecycle
  • Work cross-functionally to drive impactful customer engagements
  • Use data to track progress toward goals and identify areas to develop and improve the team
  • Timely reporting and management of sales team activities through Voltus’s CRM system
  • Develop & drive best practices across the organization
  • Continually make us a better company
