Requirements
  • Ph.D. / MS in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Biological Sciences, Genomics, or equivalent preparation
  • 4 years of work experience in a quantitative field
  • Experience analyzing high-dimensional biological datasets
  • Experience conducting systems biological analyses
  • Fundamental understanding of statistics and biology
  • Fluency in R (tidyverse) and/or Python (pandas, numpy, jupyter)
  • Track record of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Willingness to work onsite at least three days a week
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with scientists to answer biological questions through data analysis and experiment design
  • Maintain presence across diverse programs and integrate different data modalities
  • Work effectively in an agile team tackling diverse biological questions
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders with varying technical knowledge
