Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • Experience leading and supporting targeted resource acquisition
  • Experience developing reports and tracking mechanisms for recruiting and onboarding operations
  • Experience monitoring and implementing strategies for talent acquisition and employee satisfaction
  • Strong technical skills including word processing, spreadsheet development, and database management
  • Experience with ATS and ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Responsibilities
  • Support management of the WAI programs resource needs
  • Develop mechanisms for forecasting and monitoring recruitment, retention, and staff pipeline
  • Support talent acquisition and management operations
  • Identify and address ongoing vacancies
  • Develop and refine position descriptions and SOPs for staff onboarding, engagement, and off-boarding
  • Engage with WAI staff to ensure ongoing engagement and job satisfaction
  • Ensure systematic use of efficient databases and tracking systems
  • Liaise with other CDC Foundation departments for recruiting and HR matters
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant ATS and ERP systems
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned duties
