Responsibilities
  • Represent the company before federal and state legislative bodies
  • Work with senior consultants to plan and implement legislative strategy
  • Evaluate and respond to federal and state legislative challenges and opportunities
  • Actively engage in and lead bipartisan state and federal legislative strategy and advocacy
  • Develop and execute projects in pursuit of OppFi's policy goals
  • Develop and implement public affairs and media relations engagement
  • Work closely with and develop relationships with bipartisan policy makers at the federal and state level
  • Attend and participate in state and federal legislative hearings and briefings and relevant panels
  • Help manage and lead vendor relationships, including state and federal lobbyists and public affairs teams
