Requirements
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of laboratory workflows (virology, bacteriology, immunology, molecular biology, clinical testing)
  • Strong knowledge of Laboratory digital project management (ELN/LIMS)
  • Knowledge of Scientific Data models and Data Governance best practices
  • Strong knowledge of Benchling, iLab, GDB, and/or StarLIMS
  • Awareness of cross-industry data standards and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years; MS preferred
  • English, French is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the vision and value-proposition for Vaccine R&D, aligned with lab functions’ priorities and Sanofi’s digital R&D strategy
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for different lab functions
  • Prioritize high-level lab workflows based on function needs, readiness, and technological feasibility
  • Responsible for business design to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions
  • Act as a Business Analyst, coordinating with external analysts when needed
  • Ensure resource availability for projects and define lab prerequisites in coordination with Digital Transformation Leaders and Super Users
  • Report progress (KPIs) and represent Vaccine RD in program governance bodies
  • Work closely with the Digital R&D product lead and other stakeholders using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Secure proper documentation of the digital product, including system validation where needed
