Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with key enterprise customers across the GenAI and Technology verticals.
  • Secure new enterprise partnerships by engaging key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their current and future needs, and delivering tailored AI and automation solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, identifying opportunities for Uber AI Solutions to expand its impact across customer organizations.
  • Lead executive meetings, solution demonstrations, and strategic sales engagements to advance opportunities and close high-value deals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with implementation, strategy, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
  • Stay informed on emerging GenAI trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Uber AI Solutions at industry events and conferences, strengthening market presence and cultivating long-term relationships.
Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience within the AI ecosystem, spanning advanced technology domains such as MLOps platforms, data operations, data labeling, and emerging GenAI infrastructure and applications.
  • Proven experience securing new business meetings through cold outreach and partnering effectively with BDR/SDR teams to build pipeline.
  • Ability to gather and translate customer technical requirements into solutions, with experience running pilots or trials to drive customer adoption and support deal closure
  • Demonstrated success selling in challenging market conditions and partnering with Product teams to shape roadmap and development
  • Experience working with legal and procurement teams and/or senior stakeholders
  • Adept at Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets - reporting, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Revenue/forecasting experience
  • Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Salesforce.
  • Experience representing the company at industry events and building relationships to generate leads and drive business opportunities

Uber hits $52B revenue vs Airbnb's $12.3B as gap widens to $40B in four years

Uber has raised its revenue gap over Airbnb from $11.4 billion to nearly $40 billion in four years, according to recent quarterly results. Uber generated $52 billion in annual revenue for 2025, whilst Airbnb reported $12.3 billion. Uber, which connects consumers with ridesharing, delivery services and freight matching, recently deployed robotaxis in Dubai and reported a 2% net income margin for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Airbnb, operating a global accommodation marketplace, recorded a 12% net income margin for the same period. Despite lower revenues, Airbnb trades at higher valuations, with a price-to-sales ratio of 6.6x versus Uber's 2.9x, and a price-to-earnings ratio of 32.3x compared to Uber's 15.3x.

Uber more than doubles Puget Sound presence with Bellevue tower lease

Uber has signed a lease for the Four106 Tower in Bellevue, more than doubling its presence in the Puget Sound region. The 170,000 square-foot deal represents one of the largest office transactions in Bellevue in recent years. The ride-hailing company already maintains a major location in Seattle's Second + Seneca Building at 1191 Second Avenue under a 10-year lease. Uber currently employs more than 1,400 people throughout the Puget Sound region. Matt Chamberlain, western US executive vice president of Patrinely, which owns the building, called Uber's long-term commitment "a powerful validation" of the Four106 Tower. The San Francisco-based company had been considering expansion in the greater Seattle area since August 2025, citing the region as an important talent hub.

Ethos Capital buys $1.18M Uber stake as firm expands AWS partnership
