Responsibilities
  • Deliver day to day operation and seamless service delivery in a busy and modern venue as part of the Restaurants & Bars Leadership Team
  • Train, supervise and inspire team members and align with brand standards and sophisticated service culture
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to sell a wide variety of beverages and food
  • Work effectively in a team environment and support the wider team’s success
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and high interaction with guests and colleagues
  • Communicate clearly and effectively (excellent verbal communication skills)
  • Be flexible with availability including afternoons, nights, weekends and public holiday shifts
