  • B.S. degree in Accounting or related field, or the equivalent business-experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Finance roles with minimum 5+ years in T&E, AP or Procurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.
  • Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical/problem solving - ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Must be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with Finance and Travel systems (Sage Intacct, Navan, Uber for business, Ramp, Oracle) preferred.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Responsibilities
  • Managing core finance process enablement projects across Finance, including but not limited to T&E programs.
  • Researching and investigating technical and complex employee inquiries using discretion and judgment, selecting and explaining the best solution.
  • Leading the design and implementation of a T&E management tool, including the integration to the Company’s ERP.
  • Providing leadership and support for the operation and enhancement of the global T&E program.
  • Developing process maps and standard operating procedures (SOP) for process documentation accuracy and cross-training.
  • Accurately and efficiently performing routine processes and complete proactive measures to drive T&E process improvements/cost reduction initiatives.
  • Maintaining positive and trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and external clients.
  • Safeguarding employee information and maintaining confidentiality in resolving employee travel and expense matters.
